OBJECTIVE:
Establishment of economic grants so as to stimulate the creation of new jobs, through long-term and full-time or part-time contracts. These contracts will be the consequence of agreements in the collective bargaining carried out in a sectorial, territorial or firm context, and whose result will be the elimination or reduction of the working week until 35 hours

BENEFICIARIES & CONDITIONS:
- Firms and non-profit making entities that create new jobs. That is, they will contract unemployed people in their working centres located in Castilla - La Mancha.
- The following groups will have priority: young unemployed lower than 30 years-old, unemployed women, persons older than 40 years-old and disabled people.

GRANT AMOUNT:

• Grant of 72,12 euros/month, per contract, during the first year of contract, and 54,09 euros/months for the second one, in the case of reducing the working week 2h 30m but without reaching a 35 hours working week.
• Grant of 120,20 euros/month, per contract, during the first year of contract, and 90,15 euros/month for the second one, in the case of reducing the working week until 35 hours.
• Grant of 120,20 euros/month, per contract, during the first year of contract, and 90,15 euros/month for the second one, when the reduction is equivalent to the 100% of the legal full-time working week in the new contract, and the extra hours are reduced or eliminated.
