With the objective of strengthening the establishment of firms in the Region, the majority of City Councils in Castilla - La Mancha offer local incentives which are stipulated by regulations and laws.

These grants and incentives consist of allowances in the price of Estate, or allowances in local taxes and fees, such as, IBI (Immovable Assets Tax), and ICIO (Construction, Installations and Civil Work Tax).
